Where's Yalu?

One of my Mission Options was to build a shipyard in Yalu.

Now I know that the game will try and trick you with the odd, build Shipyard in Guangdong - when it's still Chinese - or even to build one where you cannot (tax base too low) but I can't for the life of me find where this place is. Is it some place in the middle of the Amazon or are we talking Permanent Terra Icognito?
