Does different game engine have different ai processing? Which engine in terms of vanila game play better suited for iron cross? AOD, DH, OR Arma?

Parches Hoi2-AoD is this exe file the setup file for AOD IC in comaprison to ARMA IC? I ve been palying with it but when i put it to the aodgameexe its not working says imcompatible file
