Hello. Is there a list of files/folders involved in checksum generation? I have different checksums with a friend, and I'd like to do a double check. Thanks!

Basically everything that isn't graphics and music ... all game data. IMO trying to track down individual files is a waste of time, the person with the bad checksum needs to do a full clean reinstall.
If you use Steam you can verify your game cache and if Steam finds any wrong files it will download them again. This might not work always but its better than full reinstall.
