Which set of rules is currently applicable on the Paradox Forum?

I was just checking one of the finer points of the rules and I have been left puzzled about which set of rules is actually in force.

The last line of the OT Rules & Regulation stickied post points to this thread containing the 2011 User Agreement & Rules. If you look at that thread, it appears to be still be in force. But that thread is no longer stickied in this subforum and I thought it had been replaced by the Community Code of Conduct.

It would it be helpful if mods could either sticky the 2011 User Agreement & Rules if they are still in force so new users will see them or edit the 2011 post to explain that it has been superseded and update the OT Rules & Regulations.

I want to follow the rules; I just need to know what they are!

The Community Code of Conduct is set by Paradox. Therefore, older versions of the Community Code of Conduct /Forum Rules are superseded by the latest version.

I will update the OT Rules to link to the current Community Code of Conduct and will edit into the 2011 version a link to the new Community Code of Conduct.

Edit: I have updated the title of the 2011 Rules to reflect it is no longer in effect, struck the old link in the OT Rules, and added the Community Code of Conduct link.
