Another manifesto of my efforts to improve "minor" countries...
All of them have at least a few different political paths and possibilities of Belligerence-Expansion if they play their cards well.
Bulgaria :

As an allied of Austria-Hungary Balaragia has maintenained a good position in the Balkans at the expense of Romania and Greece. Still this confortable position may change if Austra-Hungary decide to not intervene or if it collapse.
Romania :

With the relativr success of Austria-Hungary and none to really defend them, the Romanians where pushed into a situation of subordination to the Austrians keeping their independence to serve as buffer against the chaos of the ex-Russia. Ruled byhttp://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/newreply.php#
Decrease Size a regency council headed by the Prince Nicolai, more uninterested in cars races than politics and by the national-liberals of the Bratianu familly, the coutry try to attract potential foreign investments in a hope to develop, especialy the new Austrio-Hungarian oil compagny "Die Kaiserliche Erdölgesellschaft". However this situation is not well lived by the Romanian population, revenchism is growing and the crisis will probably destroy all the efforts of one of the few remaining liberal governments of Europe.
Ukraine
Special thank to Mehmet12 for the Ukrainian ministers of leaders.
Ukraine is striving to exist between its two Russian and Polish former overlords.
Emerging from the World War as an independent and "united" nation Ukraine had immediately to face the attack of the Poles and their desires of expansion. The war fought by the brave but under-equipped ukrainian national army against the polish lead to a crushing defeat and the loss of all the western part of the country. However this disaster urged the political class to combine it's efforts even if the country isn't fully under control; anarchists communities are numerous in the south and communists are still free to speak openly.
Lituania :
Lithuania has been removed from the Baltic federation for cultural and poltical reasons, Estonians and Latvians beign closer to each other.
The situation of Lithiuania is quite stable. Ruled by the iron fists of the president Antanas Smethona and the prime minster Voldemaras the country had slowly but surely developed in the fear of the return of the Russians and the belligerent attitude of Poland that still have claims on Vilno. Internal struggle has also grown with the rivalry between the moderatly autoritarian president and the prime ministers that clearly stated his fascist and corporatists views.
