Hm. Well, the overall scenario is somewhat problematic, but this is a game, and much of the unrealisticness can be said to fall under Acceptable Breaks From Reality. There is one thing that jumps out that should be easy to change, though... Kolding. Germany didn't annex it, nor even change the authority in charge of the represented area from the Danish (occupation) authority... which is not all that strange, considering that German nationalists generally actually accepted that particular loss as being okay on a national self-determination basis. So why would the ostensibly more moderate post-Valkyrie government keep it when the Danish government already will be in their sphere of influence?
Well, it has been said that the USA fed anti-nazi propaganda for years, now, and a peace with nazis would provoke a revolt or something similar...of course, a full German secession (between all the nice guys that fought against Berlin and the murderous Nazis) COULD soften this a bit.
Italy is wrong. Plainly. The main nation already made peace with the Allies and even joined the war against Germany since the end of 1943, when North Italy was kept by an handful of Fascisti and the Germans, and fought by hordes of partisans. If the Nazis have to withdraw, the ISR becomes little more than an autoritarian revolt (remember that the Italians themself, not their army, chased the Germans away from a lot of cities) and is crushed in a matter of weeks.

I have suggestion for Balkans. Kosovo must be in Kingdom of Albania and Monenegro pupplet state of Italy. As for Serbia well I can give Milan Nedic proposal to Hitler. It might be like event
