It´s way to early I guess to raise these questions..

I'm stickying this for a while, just to avoid a new thread to start off...

Betatesting will start in fall. The test will be announced, and applications will then be evaluated. Until then, any mentioning of betatesting in this forum is off-topic, and will be delt with as such...

Beta testing starts in fall.

I assume Paradox will organize the betatesting, and hence they will pick the betatesters. They might do it together with Snowball though...
