Select a character to start or the tutorial, and the whole system turns off. Have to unplug and plug back in to get the system to start again. Updated windows, graphics drivers, disabled XMP on memory, no overclock on CPU or GPU.

I think it was Radeon Image Sharpening. I did a factory reset on my rx 580 and it worked, I reenabled Radeon Chill and it still works.
