So, as you can see, the biulding next door has shopping and dining, and colonists in the microdome are getting enjoyment from it. But colonists in my basic dome are not. Is the distance too far?
It depends on how many is trying to fulfill the need. If you click the building, you can see how many can be served. Also, it depends on how many shifts and workers there are inside the building. One building, cannot please or satisfy an entire dome full of colonists.
