I've been playing (what I'm 99% sure is an ironman run) as Judea and have all the requirements for the Kingdom of David achievement, but for some reason it doesn't show up in game or on steam. I'm not sure why this would be as I haven't ever installed any mods for the game? Any assistance is much appreciated!

When the achievement icon is locked it means you cannot get the achievement. Either you have checksum changing mods installed or the game is not in Ironman.
