Well, as far as I can see you just added a modul and the conversion cost 6.53, maybe further reduces by the two researches cheapening the process by 40% (and I think this bonus is factored in on the production line level). How does the output breakdown of the production line looks and how many factories are assigned? Not ruling out something strange is going on, but I think more info is needed to make a real guess.
