Why is my "Actual bought" higher than "Supply"?

Can someone explain why I'm getting this:

I'm not using any mods and I'm at version 3.03 (Heat of Darnkess).

As far as i recall...(so take that with a grain of salt)

"Bought" is in the past and refering to the supply yesterday
"Supply" is current and thus refering to the situation today

So it implies the supply had been higher yesterday.

Similar as in the budget, where the number you see is the calculation for tomorrow, not today.
