Alright gang let's put this to rest once and for all as this thread is getting locked due to it having server its purpose.
The console command is indeed locked and you are not the only one asking about it. There has been other people pinging me about this via both PM and the support page and the answer I have to give right now is.... I don't know. Will it make it into the game? Maybe, if there is a legitimate reason for adding it, sure. If it doesn't add to the game there's no point doing so.
TL,DR: Yes it may be implemented in the future. No I don't know for sure.
