Why is there no Rusev Day?

So I noticed that the developer for this game is from Bulgaria. Rusev is from Bulgaria. Rusev is also awesome and could colonize Mars by himself.

So.

Why is there no Rusev day, Rusev Dome, or even a Rusev Rocket included in this game? We shouldn't be relying on the modding community for these key functions of this game. This is a glaring oversight that I would hope that the developers would take care of immediately as this game is just simply not enjoyable without Rusev.

Happy Rusev Day, and please respond to these serious problems with Surviving Mars.

Because its disrespectful not to include it in the game. I really want a developer to respond and address this serious grievance.
