Why is this category still here?

This category is very old, and there seems to be no progress made since 2005. The link to the website works, but the navigation menu on the site does not open any content (except the links back to the Paradox site).

Please can this category be removed to allow others to consider starting a new cold war scenario?

We have ~7000 posts in our forum, but KLW does not really need a sub-forum, as we have an offshore one that serves us fine. But we wouldn't mind . But still, why doesn't someone PM a mod to find out the story?
