Why still the calls for IR "updates" or to return to development? Why not continue to play the game?

Maybe they make a Rome DLC that makes Rome more Roman? lol

I'm only half joking. By making the heirs of Alexander the focus of a game that's supposed to be around rise and fall of Rome...well...you lost the plot.

I mean in HOI 4 you can establish the Roman empire within a few years.

But do it in Imperator and we're accused of map painting.

In my opinion the title wasn't well chosen, the focus is unduly centered on Rome. While yes, Rome's rise started in this era, Alexander and his succeccsors or the Mauryas were a LOT more important. Or Carthage for that matter. The name also restricts to one nation.

Bc there are a few more hardcoded things they should unlock, like integrated pops never being able to assimilate again unless you unintegrate them
