It’s interesting to speculate. It’s either a Fantasy GSG, or Vicky III or it could even be a Cold War stay game.
Seems unlikely since Vicky is not a spinoff like EU: Rome was with Imperator being a new major title.
What game would it be spiritual successor of, though?
CK2 has only just finished its development cycle (even if a few key requested features were left out). It is still completely fresh. EU4 is still under development, HoI and Stellaris are new games by all rights. EU-Rome just got a brand new successor.
Since it isn't Vicky3, it can only mean EvW or a new IP entirely.
Or perhaps the long awaited Sengoku and MotE reboots... /s
My bet is on Crusader Kings: A Game of Thrones, however i'll be extremely happy with Vicky 3.

- CK2 bundle with all DLCs for only 14€ in Humble Bundle.
There is not better propaganda.

CKIII will come eventually, I taking this sings in mind too, plus the devs is GoT fans and for the long time was talking about idea about a GoT game, then suddenly became silent on that matter. So, i think its CK: A GoT

Obviously its a reboot of Gettysburg: Armored Warfare.
Fantasy GSG for my money. Doing for Fantasy what Stellaris did for SF, and providing a toolbox to do a wide range of settings. Several things done in Holy Fury do seem like dry runs at this, or possibly spillover from secret project development:
* Random Map and Shattered Kingdoms
* Bloodlines
* Personal combat revamp
* Animals (read - fantasy races)
This might not be the thing announced at ParadoxCon, but I'd be confident it's one of the secret projects. And it would SELL.

Plus Henrik has been for 2 years working on an other project. Indeed, it all points to CK3. But yeah, I wish it was Vicky 3. Next year though. I mean, that it is in the makings we know it.
It could still be Vicky 3. Yes, they said it wasnt, but they didnt swear it on a bible and sign a public notary document on it. So it could just be a lie for a bigger shock and surprise, when it is unexpected.

Cyberpunk, Vampire the masquerade2, and expansions for eu4 and HOI4... And maybe (maybe) RDR2 for master race!

No, I don't believe so, Paradox don't like using other people's IP. Also, it would directly compete with what modders have done for free.
My personal take is that it will be a CK2-like game. I'm not sure it's CK3, it could be CK: Fantasy, or CK: World of Darkness. (I hope that it's one of the later two.)
I really hope they announce remake of Diplomacy. With actual good multiplayer, chat and a bunch of stuff. I wouldn't even mind it being supported also by mobiles.

CK3 - I would love it but I think it's too soon? I wouldn't be surprised if they announced new exp or some kind of final polishing of CK2 to finally end it's development.
Vic3 - they said it's not Victoria 3, unless there are some "different name, similar game" shenanigans.
Fall of Rome/Dark Ages game - would be amazing for me but I'm afraid of negative public reception. ("omg paradox second game with rome? It should be a DLC for imperator!!! so greedy" etc.)
Fantasy game - most likely imo, CK2 is sometimes bordeline fantasy but understandably it's limited, would love to see what could they do without "historical game" limitations.
There are other options but these above are my favourites. Don't mind a pleasant surprise though.
