A fairly basic question on my part. I currently have a game I enjoy at the moment (playing as Austria). But I wanted to (temporarily) quit the game, and then make minor tweaks to a couple of the Events files (as well as inflicting a couple of nerfs to the randomevents.txt file). Will modifications to the main events files (e.g. randomevents.txt) take effect on my saved games once I restart my game?
