I have a ton of time at work here just sitting around. Now I cannot install anything on this PC, so I cannot make a new map using photoshop; though I aspire to eventually. However, I can edit the province.csv here at this desk (at least the non-coordinate parts) and do the coordinates at home in my free time.

I would love to collaborate with a mapmaker like JohnMK, Kasperus, etc who is close to being finished or actually finished with his map. I just want to get at least one map into full production so I can make mods and scenarios for it!

Anyone doubting my editing skills can check out my numerous projects. Or just read my title :D

Splendid. I was hoping to do the same as you, just so that gaming with these new maps can get under way as quickly as possible. :)

Hmm, wouldn't that kind of require such a map being actually finished, or at least injected and uploaded somewhere? As such I am not yet ready to provide anything graphical, I don't want to upload a map that ctd's on half of the world, ctd's that will fix themselves once all the world is actually editted. Also, kind of the only bothersome part of province.csv editting is (for me at least) the coordinates stuff, that mostly takes time (and I could not really get mattelli's tool to work as yet). Other stuff kind of goes faster editting myself that providing info for edition to a 3rd party, as I have quite specific idea's for every editted province, which not necessary follow any established 'ideology' well.

It is a different story if you want to develop own mods, including own province.csv for this map. I do intend to upload the 'raw' graphical part only once it is finished and then kind of leave it to anyone who wants to use it to work from that on at own risk. Such a first-version-map I hope to have finished by the end of this month. I might publish updates later but it seems better to me if people wanting to change something modify it themselves instead of bothering me. For my personal use my map is 100% perfect ;)
