I recently purchased a new HP computer with the 64 bit version of Windows Vista OS. Rome will not install. The Tech. Support at HP told me it is because the game is 32 bit and to contact Paradox. Is there a way to get the game to install with this operating system?

Is Rome on CD or a download from Gamers Gate? If a download you need the 64bit Gamers Gate downloader (NOT of Rome, as there is none). If a CD, then it should basically work fine, and HP support are off their heads ... at worst you could right-click on the the rome.exe file and choose XP-compatibility mode, but even that is not normally necessary.
