Will there be a rework of the Crimean Khanate, missions and events?

Event "The fate of the Crimean Khanate".

In the upcoming patch 1.35, the Ottoman Empire is getting a new unique subject type called "eliat".
Does this mean that the Crimean Khanate will lose its main state form of government and the first level of the reform "nomadic horde" if it becomes an "eliat"? The Crimean Khanate was historically quite autonomous, waged wars against the Tatar khanates, against the Grand Duchy of Lithuania, was temporarily in alliance with the Grand Duchy of Moscow, played behind-the-scenes games in the Kazan Khanate for the Khan’s throne, imposed tribute on the peoples of the North Caucasus, fought against Russia for the legacy of the Golden Horde and this did not prevent him from being a subject of the Ottoman Empire and participating in its wars.
All this tells us that the representation of the Crimean Khanate in the game as a classic vassal of the Ottoman Empire, limited in diplomacy and foreign policy, will be extremely wrong. Perhaps the Crimean Khanate should have its own unique form of government that combines the reform of the nomadic horde and the subject of the Ottoman Empire. Attaching the Crimean Khanate should be difficult and time consuming. The Ottoman rush into the Pontic steppe and ruthenium breaks the balance of power in Eastern Europe very quickly. Lithuania, Poland/Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, Russia cannot resist the Ottomans in the early game.

Reactions:
Chagatai is not updated now, too bad, Yuan (Mongol) is not, the whole nomad is forgotten.
Not only Chagatai ... Uzbeks, Kazakhs cannot restore the Golden Horde, but have common Tatar missions, which is of course absurd. Kazakhs, Nogai, Bashkirs, Tatars should be in one, possibly Kipchak and not the Tatar, cultural group, but someone in the Altai cultural group.
