I win the battle in the Lady of the lake quest why does tell I fail it this such grame breaker?

Hi Joel, please send two saves to support@kingarthurthewargame.com

1. Where you have not failed the quest yet (if it is before the battle, than, send a save that is before the battle)
2. And another save where you have already failed the quest.

And let us know after loading the 1. save, what exactly you do that leads to failing the quest.
