I was wondering if anyone was even considering making a mod based off WC?

I have no talent, skill or time, but I'd love this - even if only the ship models and races...
I was very seriously entertaining the possibility, but I think I'll wait for a few DLC's until the SP mid-game improves. Also, if there is a 1000-star map with 2 main empires, it'll be micromanagement hell if each side ends up with around 3-400 planets each and battles across several sectors. I think it'd be an awesome mod, but maybe more realistic in a year or two
