I don't agree with all his points, but I must say that:

-Removal of all Stannis vassals/allies in the Stormlands except for Storm's End itself, for gameplay purposes. The reason for this is that the Iron Throne can simply 1. carpet siege Stannis' stormlands provinces and 2. kill any armies that his allied lords raise there easily, thus gaining tonnes (read: an insurmountable) amount of warscore while the player is helpless.

Sounds like a good suggestion. Stannis is currently stranded in the North with the rest of his army, and that's all he's got left. Dragonstone, Storm''s End and even the Stormlands are basically forfeit, this is his last gamble towards taking the throne. But what if he truly lost Dragonstone and Storm's End? Do you think it would just be over? No. Stannis only hope is the army he's got and the... thing that the foreigner offers in the WoW sample chapter, other than that I think his settlements are pretty much secondary. In game terms, he's more like an adventurer than a feudal lord right now.

I mean, you pretty much followed a philosophy that lines up with Adonnus' suggestion by moving his capital to the North in the previous patches....

My suggestion would be NOT having those houses join Stannis as a bookmark certainty (save for the ones that actually have troops in the North with him) but rather let the mod's own Mega War system decide if they defect.

The problem I see with this is that, from a strategic perspective, Stannis put himself in a corner at the start of the bookmark by taking his entire army north with him instead of splitting it. He's essentially fighting a war on four fronts yet his entire military might is clear on the opposite side of the continent from both most of his holdings and the center of the combat. The result of this is basically what you'd expect: Stannis' lands, and those of his allies, are occupied while their armies are up north to take the capital of the North. The only ways I can see for this to be salvageable are for Stannis to use the "shadow baby" to kill off the major opposition down south and run his armies back down to the Crownlands to regain control there. After he's secured the south, he could then turn his attentions to the North.

This is not a Game of Thrones simulator as well. Its a mod of Crusader Kings II. As such everything is both limited and enhanced by CK2. Adding the stuff you want equally takes away choices from another player playing the same mod.

Lore is good, lore is awesome, but lore cant trump game mechanics.

I didn't find it that difficult. I managed to defeat the Boltons quite easily, then I hired some Mercenary Fleets and raised the newly gained levies. I murdered Aegon (with Melisandre's help), I landed at Dragonstone to regroup, while the troops I gained by killing Aegon freed some occupied cities to win some time (-86% Tommen was winning), while my fleet arrived, picked them and took them to my main army. I then quickly landed in King's Landing, waited some time so my armies could be reorganized. And finally, the most epic action in my Crusader King's 2 career, I assaulted the city with the warscore reaching 100% in favor of Tommen, and just before my forced surrendering I managed to capture him and win the war.
After that, I attacked the White Walkers and killed some with Ice, before winning the war of Dawn and reorganizing the kingdom.

I've already converted Willos Tyrell by healing him and the Lannisters with the help of Littlefinger have risen up to fight me. And yeah Stannis is definitely Azor Ahai or there is a problem with the White Walkers since I was able to defeat them quite easily (they attacked me with 20 thousand mens where I had just 9 thousand and I defeated them anyway before even my reinforcements came), is it normal that they are so easy to beat ? 2016-01-28_00001.jpg

Yep. But only the wildlings and NW get notifications when they start appearing. If you're playing in the south, it's entirely up to you to be vigilant.
