What's the point? Especially in Slaver Bay?
It really kill gameplay. For example, as Elyria i can use 7k soldiers, however, after getting "winter" flag i'm able only to use 4k because of the former. For the most of the time I can't use max of my army, and even when winter ends, i need to wait for reinforces and then again winter happens... not only I should regain 3k missing soldiers instantly because I was not having war at all, but the winter itself in this regions shouldn't happen.

I don't think the Five Forts are related to the North or the weather like the Wall seems to be, though. Or maybe it is; I haven't read a World of Ice and Fire.

The dominating theory regarding the Forts is that they are there for a similar purpose. Can't say for sure one way or another, since it's written from the POV of a Westerosi with little real knowledge of them beyond that they exist.

I assumed it was more to keep out whoever lived beyond it. While I don't necessarily think it's populated by winged men and shrieking monsters, it's always possible that the inhabitants beyond the Five Forts are violent raiders of some sort. Unless something in the World of Ice and Fire debunks that and gives some other reason for the Five Forts existing.

So in other words exactly like the present day wall?

Yeah, pretty much. I wasn't saying that the purposes today weren't pretty much the same; but I didn't think the Five Forts have the same sort of connection to supernatural creatures/places like the Others and the Land of Always Winter.

But the more that I think of it, I'm not so sure. From the info I can find, the Grey Waste is described a cold desert, despite being at around the same latitude as the Westerlands and Crownlands. And the land beyond the Five Forts is reported to be inhabited by all manner of monsters and the like, sort of how there are tales and legends of monsters living Beyond the Wall... And then you have the Cities of the Bloodless Men, which could (possibly) be something like the wights.

Maybe in a future patch ,we could have the 5 forts acting as a nightwatch for Essos,so sending rebellious lords to patrol the forts
I would personally support this. It isn't strictly canon, but it also isn't contradicted by canon and seems fairly plausible. If nothing else it would provide Eastern flavour.

This. Winter is not limited to Westeros. AWOIAF more than confirms it, it states that they even have a wall-like structure.
So, how does the winter looks like in place like Elyria, what is damn close to Valyria?
Or Slaver Bay?
I can buy winter in Steppes/Free Cities, but Slaver Bay should be affected like Dorne, so not at all.
