hi, do we know if proper hardness works with traffic++ (pedestrian road) ? I experiment no level up with both mod on residential area, also it may be due to other factors, still searching actually what's wrong in my town.

This mod has many types of modes so does it has any changes if i choose vanilla mode?
I know Normal has gameplay changes but no cost changes. Hard mode will have both so what about vanilla??
