I have been working for a week or so on this mod which, well, splits the collectivism/individualism axis in an elitism/pluralism and statism/minarchism axis.
I thought that as I already came this far, I could already place it here incase someone who is better then me in icon making or balancing might notice this.
Current features:
- Elitism - Pluralism axis: locks government types and determines slavery tolerance, pluralism also has a slight research boost (As I presume they would be less likely to fall for something like Lysenkoism).
- Statism - Minarchism axis: Statism gives a small bonus to minerals and slightly reduces food consumption, whilst minarchism gives a much larger increase in energy production (the idea is to give minarchism an economical advantage whilst statism unlocks better policies (like resettlement and lineage selection). Yes I'm aware that those things aren't really mutually exclusive but the other axes also suffer from such things.)
- 6 new governments (some still need icons)
- Balancing of ethos and governments
- Better icons
- Getting the new opinionmodifiers to work
