I thought I should set up a simple list of suggestions and unfinished things in the mod, now that the majority of the old CTD bugs have been wiped out and the custodian team are finishing the last remaining bugs in terms of buildings and whatnot. I'd love to see some of these five things in future updates.

1: A Sword of Victory for the Constantinians and Artorians in Britain. Now that items can be passed down in the game, the Sword of Victory is the obvious candidate to put in the mod, since it is such a big part of the lore for Britannia. Maybe an event where a thief steals it from the Constantinians and throws it in a pond to escape, and then Artorian king finds it in the pond, triggering a war between the two.

2: Blood traits for

Belisarius (his family is on Corsica)
The Abbasids
The Indo-Greeks
The descendants of the Mauryas and the Guptas, maybe some hephtalite guy in the Hunas too
The rulers of Nicaea
The rulers of Nabatea (their family tree is already completed, just needs the trait)
The Ynglings. They are the most venerated family in all Scandinavia, said to descend from Freyr and more recently Harald Fairhair
The Hannoids in Africa. They are clearly meant to be descended from Hanno the Explorer, they are Carthaginian and everything
The Antigonids
The Jubas in Numidia
The Arsacids, both branches
Somebody in Armenia should be descended from Tigranes the Great
The Rurikids
The Zhao
And finally I would adore to see some descendant of Bodicea in charge of one of the Celtic countries in Britain, either in Wales or Scotland.

3: All faiths of a Martial and Clerical soul should have Holy Orders. Most of the Statist ones too. Why play Ragnarökic or Irminsulic when the religion has no Holy Order to bring about the death of White Christ? Messianic and Populist faiths should be able to form religious orders if they can reform. Or is this already done? I know there was talk of an automatic holy order creator for reformed religions in SELIN. I can't quite remember if this is integrated yet, and I haven't checked the reformed versions of that many faiths yet. Would be nice with some more Holy Orders for religions that are organized at game start and lack one though, like the Antimonians.

4: A Cult of Mars faith for the Constantinians in Britannia. It makes no sense for them to be Solar when their beloved ancestor was sacrificed to it with the Sword of Mars/Sword of Victory.

5: A Cult of Herakles faith for Sparta, an Alexander-Ammonite heresy which sees legendary conquerors like Alexander and Caesar as incarnations of Herakles, Protector of Mankind. With the Old World of Rome falling into chaos around them, it is the duty of the Spartans, the Heracleidae, to rise up and protect the Hellenes from the encroaching darkness, like Herakles restored order to the universe by slaying the Stymphalian Birds.

UPDATE: More missing things discovered!

Bloodlines for:
Syagrius (in Gaul)
Hermanafrid in Thuringia (blood of Arminius)
Antipater (in Tyre)
The Solomonids (they currently have blood of David)
The Baktrians
The Fatimids
The descendants of Leo III in Isauria
The descendants of Stilicho in Hispania
The descendants of the Visigothic kings

Historical items for:
The Merovingians (the Sainte Ampoule)
The Capets (the Oriflamme Banner)
The Julianos in Constantinople (the Sun Crown of Aurelian)
The Valentinianos in Rome (the Golden Wreath)
The Attilids (the Sword of Attila)

New decision-spawned empires:
France (for any French ruler who holds both the Imperium Franconarum and Imperium Galliarum; I'd recommend changing the culture in Capetian Neustria and the Meroving Francia to French instead of Frankish, or at least restore the culture conversion from vanilla)
Sultanate of Rûm (for any Turk who controls Anatolia)
Italy (non-Roman, non-Lombards holding the SPQR)
Keltako Kunrad (Celtic League, for a Celtic pagan ruler who regains Gaul)

With the new bloodline system I expect that if the team has time we might very well so more bloodlines as the new system is far less cluckly and bloated then the old trait system currently in usage in mod which prevent the addition of other bloodlines.

We will definitely add the HF style bloodlines, dont worry :D

Something I'd like to see are cross religious societies. There is a lot of religous mixing in LI, it feels appropriate that there would be cultural institutions that cross religious boundaries.

is there any plan for earlyer start dates. i think now is realy big shift in timeframe.
No, and due to mod philosophy, probably not in the future either.

I want 2 things but can udnerstand if these are quite low on the list of priorities at the moment.

The return of Decisive Battles. Having to hunt miniscule enemy armies all over the map, sieging down soooo many holding just to win one war is annoying. Larger chance of capturing enemy leaders in battle or storming of holdings in order to ensure no more endless wars between minors who fail to siege eachothers holdings.

Removal of the silly strait crossing between Italy-Greece and Greece-Asia Minor via greek islands (Constantinople and gallipoli crossings should stay)

They're not even mentioned in the timeline (even in the earliest parts of it) when the Samnites for example were some of Rome's worst early enemies - both alone and with allies such as Pyrrhus and Hannibal - and, together with the other Italic peoples actually almost destroyed Rome during the Social War, which isn't mentioned either and just made into a Roman civil war (something it would become only later on, as the war between Marius and Sulla took off).
The Mamertines are given a few mentions but they're said to "accept sovereignty" of Syracuse, which implies that they could've survived somehow.
OTL they never died, they were just assimilated into Rome and in a mod so focused on classical antiquity it just doesn't make sense to leave them out. I think that they should be introduced one way or another.

My idea is to make the Lombard provinces in southern Italy culturally Italic, some remaining Catholic and some others with a new religion (maybe a couple local vassals too could work), and the Mamertines in Messana vassals of Syracuse ruling over a Greek territory.
Since the Italics were both warlike and with good diplomatic capabilities (the Samnites creating the coalition of Sentinum during the Third Samnite War first and then the creation of the Italic League during the Social War which brought together many peoples fighting for a cause that varied from region to region, since some wanted Roman citizenship and some outright independence from Rome) the Italic religion could give martial bonuses to characters, additional land organization and morale and more levies from all kinds of fiefs and diplomatic bonuses, but little in the way of stewardship and probably some construction maluses. Raiding could work too.

Something I've wanted for a long time in LI is for the current map to be scrapped and replaced with the map used by Tianxia (assuming permission is granted, of course). I mean no offense, but the current map doesn't really look that good in my opinion, what with how small Europe is and how a lot of the terrain seems flat. What's more, while it's certainly interesting since no other mod does it, there's no real reason to include East Africa lore-wise, or at the very least to the extent it's included in the mod; Zulus are cool, but are they really integral to LI? China and East Asia, on the other hand, feature prominently in the lore, being subject to the conquests of the Diadochi along with much of the map currently shown. While I would personally like at least parts of East Africa to be included (though likely just as far down as Zanzibar, maybe slightly further south), I would much rather have East Asia on the map due to being more important in the grand scheme of things relatively. Of course, I'd prefer to have both, but I can't think of a map projection that would allow it while still looking good.

Obviously this would take a lot of work, and shouldn't be the top priority right now, it's just something I would really like to happen eventually.

I like having the Swahili coast, but it is really unecessary and anachronistic to have the Zulu.

The devs planned to make a new map only going down to Somalia a year after ROI, bug ended up continuing using the 2014 map.

Can we have a HIP map support or as a new base?
The amount of legacy code basically means that unless you want to rewrite everything the current map is the only usable map.

I think It's better to full some vanilla feature first.such as:
1:societies for different religions,
2:convert blood traits to bloodlines
3:unique reformation doctrine for every unreform religion
(Edit:In view of the large number of unreform religion in LI, maybe unique reformation doctrine for every soul(or other classification method) is more practicable?)

Given the share number of unreformed religions that might not be possible.
