Plauen ?

There are two Lausitz provinces on the map, but one of these are called Plauen in the province view. I guess this is an error, and that there ought to be one Lausitz and one Plauen on the map.

Map isnt going to get edited. Too late.

You'd think they would have learned from that Saxon map bug in Victoria ;)

I guess that explains why I couldn't find a county of Plauen today when I was looking for a bride.

Marc aka Caran...

I can't see how a map mistake, especially a province name, could be overlooked. It's the most evident of all bugs.

A less noticable one is that clicking on the Channel Islands indicates they belong to a landlocked province of France.

Nor do I understand how it could be "too late" considering they are having to do major reconstuctive surgery on every aspect of the game.

But I'm just a humble player, who know naught of such things. :eek:o

Changing anything on the map would mean redrawing the whole map, which takes Paradox loads of time and computer capacity. But more importantly it would then have to be included in each and every patch people download, it would be highly discriminatory to people who because they don't have unlimited broadband couldn't play MP. Also it would make their servers totally cluttered, no more bandwidth left to mundane features like the forums.:)

Ack!

Since many of us spend more time on the forum than in the game, awaiting more stable patchs, looking for ways to torture the moderators (or be tortured by them) that would never do! :)
