Repeated CtD's destroyed both my autosaves
Well, basically I was playing as Duchy of Apulia (now King of much) and then the games CtD'ed while autosaving.
This is quite normal (or rather, it has happened quite a few times before). But when I tried to reload the autosave I got the message 'Database mismatch'.
This has never happened before. Normally it would work, or there would be no dynasties to choose between when clicking on the autosave.
Well, no worries, I figured - I'll just use the old autosave. That worked fine until it had to autosave again where it CtD'ed just like last time.
When I tried to reload both autosaves turned up the message that there was a database mismatch.
Neither save works.
So, is there a way to save my saves? Or are they lost?
Is this a known problem? Will it be corrected? Or what?
