We have been at war too long (1023B)

I had this event fire 2 days after the war started. Let's say I was surprised.

This is because there is no way to actually check how long you've been at war. The event simply fires when you are at war and it is chosen based on its MTTH.

Yes this is not supposed to happen quickly, but there is always a very little chance it will.

Nothing I can do about it.

Let's say 2 days was already too much for your people ! :D

Must be from the Middle East where a week is too long for a war...

off topic = does peace of God enforces the other party to sign peace or can he refuse on his own judgement?

example = Aragon (me) and Castillia are at war. I get the peace of God event and I accept, still the war goes on - there's no message in the ledger stating that Castillia also got this event,

is this a possible bug - please let me know so I can start a thread about it

p.s. = don't want to start an extra thread if ain't needed, :)

As far as I know, it's because the peace effect does not work as it should... :(

It's a known bug.
