WON'T FIX: Zoom the map out - provinces become inaccessible

Zoom the map out - provinces become inaccessible

Just noticed when I was taking a screenshot for my Danish AAR. When you zoom the map out to max range, you can't see anything near the edge of the map - for example you lose the two provinces at the top of Finland completely. I know that the map itself cannot be changed, but can we at least get it so that you can view all of the map at max zoom please (I imagine that's just changing the UI, not the map itself)?

you lose provinces at the bottom of the map too, and some of the provinces' shields are even partially obscured when at maximum zoom in.

I've noticed it too. It's bothersome.
