install patch and bought the undead dlc and now game won't load. I get the launcher but if i choose resume or play the screen goes black and then game crashes. I have over 780 hrs in this game and was playing as late as 12:13 am this morning. Please fix so I can play game again?

I had exactly the same problem.
i solved the problem when I deleted the preferences file. you find it under C:\Users\Jusername\AppData\Local\Introversion\Prison Architect
the game then started fine as normal.
I use some mods that I had to disable to be able to load my save file
thanks for info, will keep in mind. I received an update in steam and game works now. There is a new bug tho, the batteries for the wind turbines. Workers install around transformer and then immediately un install and put in storage. Then batteries charge up sitting in storage instead of sitting next to transformer. Hope that gets fixed soon...storage is filling up with batteries.
yes i found out which one was causing the problem, I've deactivated it and unsubscibed. it was for adding a boom box. don't need it..
