Workaround - Garbage not being moved to collection point

UPDATE: JAmpersand found the easiest work-around. Delete a few squares of the garbage area, then add them back OR increase your garbage area in general. This will force staff to go around and collect all garbage bags that were forgotten about. You may have to do this periodically to get ones that accumulate since the last time you did.

Garbage is just sitting around the prison, not being collected and taken to the garbage "room" area.

I have also recently encountered this bug.

I do not know why, but increasing the size of the garbage area solved the problem.

Make fence and door around GARBAGE ROOM, that's how I solved the problem.

I've encountered this as well as of yesterday. Moving the garbage area to the opposite side of the road caused it, expanding the garbage area would allow garbage to be added to the expanded area only but garbage still wouldnt be collected to the center of the area.
