There exists one already. I think it's available somewhere in the 'User made scenarios and mods' subforum. I think it's also incorporated in some mods already, like Interregnum and AGCEEP.
 
Really? That's even better! I've played EU2 so long I've decided I'd like to see CK too. Let me know if you find the link to the mod or the name of it, I'll start searching for it. (not sure if I can find it as I know little to nothing about CK being new at it)

I do not know if it works for EU2 only, or for CK as well (though I wouldn't expect it to, despite the games using the same engine. OTOH, I'm a programming dumbass so how should I know?).

AGCEEP website (in fact, me... :) ) proposes an enhanced version of XiDragon's set (see "Fonts for higher readability in all resolutions" in the Extras section): A mix of Garamond for big letters and Arial for small ones while XiDragon proposes only Arial (IMHO, not very beautiful for big letters) and letters are not fully centered when using diacritic symbols.
