Working site for 1.3B?

I keep hearing about the 1.3B patch, and I don't think I have it. I have seen other links for it, but none of them seem to work. Does anyone have a working link for the 1.3B (or other latest) patch to upgrade my game? I would appreciate it, thanks

To install it, extract it with WinRaR (if you don't have WinRaR get it here: http://www.download.com/WinRAR/3000-2250-10007677.html) into your main HOI2 folder, usually in C-> Program Files-> Paradox Interactive -> HOI2

Argh, the patch isn't opening for some reason. Is there a program I need or a place I need to put it to be able to use it? I'm a computer noob when it comes to these kinds of things :wacko:

Can't extract it to main folder. Perhaps I should extract it to the AI folder?

Right click the RaR file. Click "Extract files...". A window should pop up. On the right side of the window there should be a browsing mini-window. Go to My Computer -> C -> Program Files -> Paradox Interactive -> and click HOI2. Then click "extract". Say "yes" to overwrite files.

I followed instructions, but when I load, it still has v1.3a?

still indicates ver 1.3a for me also

There was no change to the EXE file for 1.3B so it will still show 1.3A
