Working with 2.3.2?

I saw some posts here that said that the SVN build of the game works with 2.3.2. How do I get it? I installed the main version on the mod page but it crashes once I try to start a new game.

Do I have to deactivate some of the new DLCs. like Way of Life or Charlemagne?
