The workman in the visitation room shown in these screenshots wants to go through this double visitor door. He should, being staff, be able to open it himself, but he's waiting for a guard to come and unlock it instead.

I have also noticed the discrepancy in behavior between the two sizes of visitor doors. Demonstration in attached GIF. Upper doors are a pair of singles, lower doors are double. The guard has to come let the worker through the lower doors even though he got through the upper door just fine.
