Tech setup for 1914 British Empire could be slightly tweaked, at gamestart you as UK get some blueprints from AST, CAN and one or two others. Either give those techs to ENG as well or remove them from the dominions/colonies (doesn't really make sense for them to be more advanced than the motherland).

Do you have enough available convoys? Sometimes a large amount of resourses has accumulated in a province/depot and the AI assigns all available convoys to this route, ignoring the rest. In this case it might help to delete (manually) all convoy routes and let the AI reassign the convoys.
Basically in the create convoy screen, it shows 0/0 being allocated for supplies/oil to the convoy and theres no way to change that.) Basically I'm sitting with about 1k spare convoys and 700 spare escorts atm that can do nothing aside bring resources back to mainland from colonies/puppets.
I'm sitting constant with about 10k in both oil and supplies that apparently cant be used for anything offensive aside the mainland linked locations and places supplies/oil were going to at game start. My production level for oil and supplies is at a massive surplus each day even with exporting a lot of supplies. Basically been just manipulating both sides of ww1 for ez resources and doing direct deals to snag islands in the pacific as the US (got Germany to trade almost entire pacific colonies before GB/Japan/Aussie could take them by throwing thousands of supplies at them in exchange for a couple islands every few weeks, lol). I can't do much aside naval ops in range of bases under supply at game start (or anything connected to mainland)
Yeah tried both manual and auto create/destroy. I even tired setting up the point of the convoy's origin being the location of the stockpile and it shows 0/0 on the interface for selecting resource type for both oil/supplies. The mod for whatever reason hasn't let me send supplies to islands/overseas territory regardless of whether they have naval bases or not. I just got back from work so I'll start up the game and try the base game to see if this is maybe something the steam version broke or what, and screencap findings in a bit.
Heres three cuts from the relevant screens. Even using DC the source of a stockpile of tens of thousands of supplies, I can't for some reason convoy it out to where I want to. I'm WAY into the surplus in supply production (ramping up industry and doing trade deals to snag pacific island colonies from GB/GER/FRA rather than intervening) but for some reason when doing supply convoys it won't let me send them out to build anything there, naval base or not.
EDIT: This is also an issue with basegame for DH:Full in 1.0.5.1 On Steam. So it's NOT the mod's fault. So its either something strange about the steam version, or I'm legit dumb and somehow screwed up patching it or something. Not sure what is going on. Might just do a fresh install of the game.

So you're trying to set up a convoy to the Bahamas? Dumb question, do you own the Bahamas or is it controlled/owned by the UK? You can't designate a convoy to territories you don't own even if you have units there.

I already took it. In a trade deal sending the UK copious amounts of supplies in exchange while WWI is going on. I can't even send a supply convoy to Midway/Wake/Pago Pago as well for example.

Do you have any units stationed on those islands? If not, the game sees no reason to send any supplies there.
If you land units there, they will be out of supply for one or two days (taking attrition losses), then a supply convoy will be (or should be) established.
Where to get the offical graphic pack, the link just leads to some crappy site whose links don't let you download it rather they just take you to various movie sites and other viral crap I don't want to touch.

Also from my brief playthrough - I kind of ended up with +20 dissident by the end of 1914 as Germany. I think stalemate event gave +10 and I had +10 from failing the goals, anyway it kind of let French to just go through my defensive lines
During second play-through I again noticed that my dissident kept raising and by 1915 it was well above 18 from events and i hadnt lost much, actually had beaten Russians out of the Baltic and Poland. Having that high it is impossible to get it down via consumer goods as most my IC went into supplies which in turn started creating a chain reaction where it kept racking up where my economy was crippled. I think maybe add events for capturing important cities that would reduce it, or not have it add up so high from events in the first years of the war. Like +10 dissident could hit in year 1917-1918 not in 1914. Even having Brest-Litowsk treaty reduced it only by -2
All in all great additional to already excellent mod
