WOW!!!!! But i need help!

I have just d/l v0.3 and it sounds like its gonna be great, but i was wondering do i need the past patches (ie V0.1, 0.11, 0.2, 0.21) first installed to get the most out of this? or does V0.3 contain everything previously released + more?

Version 0.3 contains all former stuff as well + much MORE, be sure to download the hotfix (also on the CORE website) and apply that after to your HOI directory.

Ive got it working like i dream, its just made an entire new game out of HoI, i love it! All the events are fantastic, i eagerly await future releases of this great innovation! Too bad ive got a damn uni assignment due, otherwise i think i may have been playing this game for the next week! Thanks hendik and the makers involved in CORE.
