Wrong lighting scheme for a regent (unless selected)

Description​

The lighting of the regent portrait is inconsistent with its background (in the scales of power window) - unless selected (then it goes back to normal). The wrong lighting seems to be caused by a travelling liege.

Steps to reproduce​

Start an oversea activity. Check regency while sailing.
