Wrong succession type for Poland in 1178 start date

Description​

Poland has "Male Preference Confederate Partition" succession type, while it should have "Male Preference House Seniority" in this period. This succession type already exists in the game so there's no reason to use it here.

(note that it talks about the the "Duchy" of Poland, because for most of this period rulers of Poland weren't crowned kings but just dukes)

Steps to reproduce​

1. Start the game in 1178 start date as Poland
2. Look at the succession type for Kingdom of Poland
3. It's wrong
