Wrong text shows up with correct answer

I had a bug that when I was influencing a specific character, and did the learning option for one of the pop up events, the message was to the hunting option even though I chose the learning one. Here is a picture for reference

Please post this in the Bug Reports forum, and include a saved game there that shows this issue. Thanks.
