Yep, its oddly just the three blank events still for me too. Can't seem to find a fix myself. Dying to play this, it looks incredible... if only I could get past the first few days.

Starting as the Ostrogoths in the last scenario, when I raise my levies my italian armies have the arab models with turbans and curved scimitars.

EDIT: the same if I start with Justinian: early arab models.
 
The Migration CB isn't showing up, playing as Avar duke, trying to migrate to the Sabirs. I meet all conditions listed in the cb folder.

I'm still having the blank event pop-up problem even after installing the latest hotfix... Not sure why. Anyone else still struggling with this?

I was running it with CM.

Without CM, I get Iberian units with Latin cultures plus some Arab ones, as the ERE I get byzantine units plus more arab ones. It's really weird actually.
 
You missed the decisions to turn a conquered tribe into a city/castle as a feudal/republican ruler. Reconquering Saxon England as a feudal leaves you with eternal tribes. Substituting the vanilla decisions for now.

Is there any reason the vandalic ruler has the kingdom of alania in 480?

After the destruction of the Alan Kingdoms in Hispania by the Visigoths a coalition of the remaining Silingi Vandals (who had also been conquered) and the Asdingi Vandals united to form a coalition that would eventually lead to settlement in North Africa. Genseric was not only King of the two tribes of Vandals but also his Alan allies too.
 
For me the mod always either crashes or freezes on startup, usually somewhere around the neighborhood of Beginning the Chants or Filling the Library of Alexandria.
