Looks like there were five wolves, two sorcs, four cultists. That's...11 baddies out of 38 players. Probably 1-2 too many for a one-pack setup?

Remember that they didn't know eachother from the start... they were a baddie on baddie hunt, two early outings etc. The game started rather bad for the baddies but the village failed to capitalize on this.

There was a JL during day 3 and 4 when I was in touch with johho888 the second seer. He had scanned Kriszo and I outed the 1st sorcerer.
Which is why I asked randakar to brutalise you, as I couldn't have a real JL spokesperson. :p

Well, I agree with vLN that it was a craptastic stunt that I pulled... and that I could have won this game had it not been asking to be subbed out. :p Also, to explain, the I5 hunt was NOT repeat NOT a meta gig, he contacted one of our pack members and said he was a hunter, so we killed him. BTW, I also think EUROO7's stunt was way too over the top, but he deserves some recognition for his play, the hunt on him was the turning point in this, IIRC.

Most importantly, the zombieness in this village was disconcerting, it seemed like everyone had been kissed by Dementors already.

I was going to mention it but more as a possible JL or JL in the making rather than a genuine one, no offense :p

Who's next in line for the next Big Game? I want to be a wolf again. I definitely need more experience on it. :D

Yakman is next GM. :)

All non-wolf baddies started alone, with the reasoning that it would take them some time to find each other and the pack. Perhaps they did it too fast (3/4 day IIRC they were all connected)...
Initially I thought the setup was rather goodie-friendly, but lack of the JL crippled them in the end.
Actually, I think 4 day isn't that quick at all. The chance of no baddie scanner getting a positive ping on another baddie on night 1 was

(10 (number of scannable baddies) / 37 (number of players not including scanner) ) ^ 5 baddie scanners = 1.4%

Note, this is not including the chance of the sorc scanning an apprentice.

So statistically speaking, the baddies should get into contact wiht each other fairly rapidly. Which we did, with me as the connection link

The goodies didn't loose because they lacked a JL. They lost because
- There was very little goodie analysis. That little analysis I did that pointed to AVN, was actually my third attempt. The first strongly suggested EURO and Jonti die. So I had to start over. Looked at another day. That analysis also ended in the suggestion of killing a whole bunch of baddies, then I ended with AVN and forgot to even check he was still alive.
- Goodies didn't really question EUROs claim of being JL, but decided to follow much of what he was suggesting. Dispite him having nothing to show for his claim of JLness.
- There was a whole bunch of well connected baddies. A bit too many IMHO.

I'm pretty sure this should be (20/37)^5, since you want the probability of no positive scans. Which is still very low at 4.6%.

I disagree. OY is plenty assertive. He just has a tendency to not read the statements of people he argues with, which tends to annoy said people.
Nonsense, I never read anything and everyone follows me.

Yeah. Upsie. It should have been (27/37)⁵5 = 20.1%

Stupid math.

What I calculated was the chance of every baddie getting in touch with another baddie on night 1.
