XB1 Death Wave since latest DLC

Hi guys,

One major bug for me as I always start from scratch is I'm now getting death waves pre milestone 2 and 3. I'm getting people getting sick on milestone 1 and 4/5 cities have now died pre 1500, and pre cemetaries. O don't know if anyone else is having the same issue.

This wasn't just on the new dlc maps also, had health issues on another map, but i should add a roundabout was used on 3 maps and may not have helped the cause.

So just tried dessert map again, reached first milestone, hit deathwave.

Went to arid plains, same thing.
This clearly makes the game unplayable for me as I refuse to use unlimited money.

Okay so after trying a few dif things it seems its the inland water treatments causing the illness.
