Xbox One crash to desktop on new game, loading existing game, challenge mode and tutorial.

Game Version 1.0.0.9

Xbox OS Version 10.0.17763.3057

Have attempted game reinstall, download from alternate internet connection.

Try uninstalling all DLC including dome sets and the Mysteries resupply pack, it will allow you to start new games and load those new games but won’t let you load the game saves that was created with the DLC installed.

I have actually already done that and no it did not work it's not an issue with the DLC content. It's actually the game version not being compatible with the console OS version.

Are you on Xbox one or Xbox one s or x?

One X each of the Xbox variants run different OS in order to compliment their hardware.

It doesn’t really matter in the end I know of at least 7 others with the same issues
