Xbox One DLCs not loading

I recently got the xbox game pass. I downloaded the base game (xbox one edition) as well as the mass transit and snowfall dlcs (free with xbox gold). However, for some reason, I don't see the dlc contents in the game at all. Can anyone help me out please?

There's a few people with the same problem after claiming the DLC with Xbox Live gold. So it's likely got something to do with that. Out of curiosity though, could you try closing the game then reinstalling the DLC only (NOT the the base game). I've had a similar issue several times before and that would often fix it for me

Alright, was worth a shot. It does seem they are aware of the issue though so hopefully they'll be able to resolve the issue with Xbox as soon as possible.

Hopefully I have all 6 of the gold dlc's and I would like to use them

They replied in another thread that the DLCs were never supposed to be free. They got a response from Microsoft that it was a mistake due to some old code which made them available for free (but not actually owned or playable) with Xbox Live Gold.

Just to clarify, any DLCs you claimed for free was an error and you don't actually own the DLCs. Probably best to uninstall the DLC as it will just be taking up storage space.

I have a similar problem. I purchased Pearls of The Orient and Green Cities when I was on XBOX One. Now i have a series X and have re-installed the content. According to the Microsoft shop I own the DLC (if memory serves I did pay for them, they weren't free). The DLCs show up as installed on the console but the Green Cities maps are locked when i try a new game and the Pearls and Green City content doesn't load in either current or new games. Any thoughts?
