Xbox one game crashes on one city

My small town with a population of 50 thousand has become a crash, as other games sometimes crash. However, this happens every time I go to the map with this city, 3 minutes pass and everything breaks. I have already tried to play on another city, which is much larger and occupies all 9 cells, nothing happened. I also launched another game (ac: valhalla) to make sure the xbox is working fine. The problem is in the city. I do not know how to fix it, I have already disabled the day-night shift and weather effects, even stopped the operation of the airport from the dlc (because it was not in another, big city, I thought maybe the problem was in it), but it did not help and the game immediately crashed. The game does not crash if only the city is on pause. Help(
Supplement:I did some experiment and found out that crash happens after a certain time from loading (in a particular case, it's 25 seconds after the last autosave, checked 2 times), only if the time is not on pause. Some event causes a breakdown, further play is simply impossible.

This is interesting. Perhaps you can try sending a report directly on the xbox. Not sure of it's exclusive fore Insiders but you'd have to download the 'report a problem' app, replicate the issue then hold the xbox nexus button on your controller and select the report an issue button. What this does is it'll send your report directly to thr developers of the game along with your game data.
