Xbox One X Power Grid issue

I just got the game for Xbox one X off the Microsoft store probably 2 days ago, and i can't get the power to connect to the concrete generator/extractor (whatever the hell its called).

I made 4 Large Solar panels and connected power cables to them, then made one cable to the Concrete Extractor, but theres a hovering Electrical plug symbol. In the Concrete Extractor info Panel, it says "must be connected to power producer" despite being connected to 4! Is this an issue that only i'm having??? Help please

Did you connect the cable to the extractor building or just the exclusion zone that the extractor uses to harvest? If the exclusion zone, you need to move power cable to actually touch the building itself (or at least the zone that is around the building).
